Panel sessions will be two hours long. Please send proposals including a panel title and a one page statement explaining how the individual presentations relate to each other and how the time will be allocated, along with the 250-word abstracts of individual presentations. Please include the name of the panel chair (who may be one of the presenters), mailing address, e-mail address and affiliation of each presenter.
